Yesterday was a VERY windy day and so some of the flower petals from our Ornamental Cherry tree blew off and are now nicely scattered on the paths of our garden.

I had fun taking pictures of the petals.....
......and of course I just had to take some close-up shots too. :) I didn't even notice those buds laying nicely on the petals until I was going to take some close-up shots of the petals. You never know what you may come across when out photographing. :) There is so much beauty out there for us to enjoy and sometimes we miss some of the "little" beauties in our rush to get the "To-Dos" on our list done and checked off.
The next time you are outside take extra notice of God's handiwork in your landscape and scenery. :) You never know what you may behold. May the glories that you discover point you to the most glorious treasure there is - namely, God, the creator of all things!
"For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist." ~Colossians 1:16-17
"For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory for ever. Amen." ~ Romans 11:36

It looks like you have a large garden! Wow! How is it growing?
Maren
Thank you for your comment Maren! Yes, our garden is large and can be a lot of work, but it is worth it! The plants are growing and hopefully all of the seeds will continue to sprout and make their appearance. :)
I hope your garden is growing well!
Blessings!
~Amy
