Autumn is in the Air

As much as it saddens me to see summer coming to an end, I sure do love these beautiful September days! 

 Autumn is definitely in the air and the apples are ripening. :)  

Our trees are loaded this year, which is such a blessing.  I'm looking forward to making some apple pies soon.    
And I'm sure we'll be peeling and slicing up a bunch to freeze for fruit smoothies, apple pies, applesauce, etc. in the winter months.
